By using Shala Saral's website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of service

Shala Saral is a digital platform providing education-related news, circulars, and resources for Indian teachers — particularly Rajasthan teachers.

Your account (mobile app only)

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not provide false information
• One person may hold only one account
• We may suspend or close accounts for any violation of these Terms

Content ownership

Our content

All articles, images, and other content published on Shala Saral are the intellectual property of Divyanshu Singh Chouhan and Shala Saral. You may read and share articles for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish without permission.

Government circulars

We re-publish government circulars and official documents. These remain the property of their original issuers.

Your content (comments)

When you post a comment in the app, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that comment on the Service. You retain ownership and may delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

You will not:

• Post spam, hateful, or unlawful content
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to hack or reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape content via automated bots
• Fraudulently click on advertisements

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account closure.

Advertising

To keep the Service free, we display advertising via Google AdSense (web) and Google AdMob (app). Ads are served by third parties; we are not responsible for any product or service advertised.

Accuracy disclaimer

• We make every effort to ensure information is accurate
• However, always verify circulars and government information against official sources (Shala Darpan, education.rajasthan.gov.in)
• Information on Shala Saral is not legal advice
• Always consult your DDC, BEEO, or other authorities before making important decisions

Service availability

• We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee it
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shala Saral and Divyanshu Singh Chouhan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Shala Saral from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
